Hello Copen 1

Me and Jo went for a super quick visit to Copenhagen. To celebrate seven years together and also to find new inspiration and shoot thousands of photographs.
I got the idea to pick up an old project and update it so here is "Hello Copen", the follow-up to my photo project "hello" back in 2004.

Robert Louis Stevenson

Today I finally completed the illustrations for the Robert Louis Stevenson book.
It will be 12 pieces and hopefully the cover for a spanish publication that focuses on Stevensons short-stories.
He´s the author of "Treasure Island" and "Strange case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde".
"Dr Jekyll" is included in the book so I got the oportunity to illustrate one of the original horror stories.
Much interesting. Above is a snippet from the illustration.

Isak

This is Isak. My son. He had his second birthday the other week.

Me

I´ve never been into self-portraits. I don´t find my looks that interesting. Or to put it in a more pretentious context, my work is always a way of self-portraits...
Anyway, currently I´m updating my profile and biography for my american agency Shannon Associates and they need a portrait of me so I figured why not try something grand.
This is what I came up with.
